What You Will Do Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications Perform this work in a specific area of a production line in our Prefabrication shop Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications Work with electrical components like circuit breakers and electrical cabinet utilizing handheld tools like drills and screwdrivers Maintain inventory of product in workstations Maintain constant awareness and focus on safe work practices Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring Being at least 18 years old, you will Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems Possess demonstrated mechanical ability Be able to read blueprints and work orders Be able to read / use a tape measure Possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as a normal range of hearing and vision Be willing to commit to consistent, day-to-day on time attendance Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment Thrive on learning new things, be highly curious, and be open to direct and honest feedback What Weifield is All About Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
