The Temp Recruiting Coordinator provides support services to Recruiters by executing various administrative and related operational activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to give a fantastic candidate journey and be the expert in the organization's hiring processes, procedures, and tools.

Responsibilities may include :

Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for interview scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide high-touch care keeping interviews on track, responding to questions professionally and timely, and assisting / coordinating candidate / manager needs.

Ensure the candidate's experience represents the TSMC brand.

  • Ensure candidate records are complete, and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out.
  • Follow up on feedback from interview panels.
  • Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple TSMC locations.
  • Coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements.
  • Support recruiting events including university job fair, recruitment booths in conference etc.
  • Other HR duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to be professional
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Outgoing personality, engaged, creative, and organized.
