Responsibilities :
Client Communication & Relationship Building :
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients
- Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges and effectively communicate with internal teams.
- Update clients on campaign progress, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Outlining and sending of call agendas and recaps
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans tailored to each client's unique business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of strategic plans
- Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations.
Campaign Briefing and Management :
- Develop briefs and prepare presentation decks
- Translate client briefs into actionable campaign plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Gather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and monthly presentations
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize ongoing strategies with media teams assigned.
- Work with the account director to compile, update and issue status reports, and tracking of campaign results and performance
Budgeting and Resource Management :
- Develop and manage clients budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Develop and manage client co-op budgets, strategizing with media teams to best allocate client funds
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting of financial metrics.
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement to drive client goals
Client Education and Consultation :
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry best practices.
- Educate clients on the value of marketing strategies, emerging trends, and the impact on their business.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
