Our rapidly growing, Chicago based, National Law Firm is seeking a savvy and experienced Expansion Manager. The ideal candidate would be either a licensed attorney or someone that has many years of experience working within a law firm setting.
The right candidate would have experience that would assist with sourcing new locations, overseeing the opening of said locations, and assisting with branch office management including but not limited compliance and overall start-up operations.
Ideally, the optimal candidate would be able to advise as to where and when would be best to open new locations and offer a guiding hand to ensure a successful transition.
The ideal candidate for this role is a high-energy, proactive, go-getter who loves the challenge and is comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
Daily Responsibilities :
- Identifying the need for expansion in certain areas, sourcing locations and executing the opening and development of said office
- Assisting with establishing processes and procedures that assist with the opening of new locations and the ultimate success of said locations
- Assists with the training of said processes and procedures which we will use to ensure a strong and successful future
Qualifications :
- Must be English / Spanish bilingual
- A licensed attorney with 2-3 years of expansion experience OR an attorney Manager / Director with 6-10 years of experience in expansion
- Experience with family based immigration preferred
- Working knowledge of high volume legal processes
