As a Learning Technical Writer Professional you will :

Job Description :

• Remote Role Technical writing in support of Product Supply Chain management.
• This position reports into Supply Chain Global Logistics and contributes to key client s cold chain logistics, global transport and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) processes / activities including, thermal packaging system qualifications, Operational Working Instructions, transport quality systems, and transport / GDP program improvement initiatives.
• This role involves working across Client’s global distribution network with internal cross-functional / cross-site groups as well as external supply chain partners.
• This position reports into the Executive Director, Product Supply Chain Management, and contributes to key client s product strategies designed to secure supply of quality product to patients worldwide.
• This role involves working cross-functionally with internal cross-functional / cross-site groups to Own change control records and perform logistics / cold chain assessments, and CAPAs to support Product Supply Chain team as required.
• Manage and coordinate work to update supply chain maps and other product-specific documents Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and / or form documentation.
• Review and / or copyedit content developed by other members of the team. Other duties as assigned.

Skills :

• Revise and Develop Operational Instructions for the use of thermal packaging systems.
• Review and / or create Transport Lane Risk Assessments
• Own change control records and perform logistics / cold chain assessments and CAPAs to support Product Supply Chain team as required.
• Lead implementation of instructions for use of thermal packaging system solutions Support temperature excursion evaluation of shipments.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics partners to implement improvement projects.
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and / or form documentation.
• Review and / or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education :

• Bachelor degree Professional level Microsoft Office skills Veeva vault / document management, qaulity management system software Good Manufacturing Practices Good documentation practice
• The ideal candidate will have : Experience with Veeva vault / document management, qaulity management system software Good Manufacturing Practices Good documentation practice.
