URGENT CARE PA or NP

• Start date upon credentialing 60+ days. 3-month contract with options to extend
• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts. 9a-9 : 30p. Monday-Sunday. Every other weekend- with days off during the week.
• Types of cases / patients : minimum 1 year in past 3 years ER experience. Must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.
• Patients per Day / Volume : Average 3-4 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track’s as well as they have them onsite and are 10-minute appointments
• Support staff : Full Support RN staff and LVN’s; Supervising Physician will be available for PA’s
• EMR : Epic

This is a W2 contract that provides employee benefits (Medical, 401k, paid sick leave)
