Accountant / Tax Preparer
Established Tax Firm in Scottsdale, AZ

Here is what we are looking for :
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation of tax returns including Individuals, S Corps (1120-S), C Corps (1120), Partnerships (1065), and Fiduciary
- Accounting and bookkeeping support for a diverse base of clients, including data entry, reconciliations, account clean up, allocations and adjustments, etc.
- Tax research and analysis on varied topics under partner / manager direction.
- Tax planning, projections, and strategy for business and individual clients.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Accounting / Tax a plus!
- Masters in Tax a plus!
- CPA / EA or candidate for either a plus
- 3 recent years of tax season experience
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online
- Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus!
- Independent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight
- Excellent time management skills
- Open to instruction and coaching
- Professionalism; Good written and oral communication skills
- Dependable team player
Weekly day range :
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
