Schedule : Monday - Friday schedule from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Job Type : Full-time, in-office, contract-to-hire position

What's a typical day as Customer Experience Support You'll be :

• Proactively sourcing the latest return goods policies
• Evaluating return goods policy deviations and initiating corrections
• Managing individual workload to ensure timely and compliant project deadlines
• Taking calls and emails from customers, creating tickets, and resolving requests
• Submitting requests for return authorizations to assigned manufacturers and processors
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure overall success within the Customer Experience team

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Are proficient with MS Outlook, Advanced Word, Advanced Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Have the ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems and customer concerns
• Possess good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously
• Have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Can work independently and closely with other departments
