Job Responsibilities
Budget Management
- Responsible for all budgets : labor, material, admin.
- Manage account receivables.
- Review monthly reports and understand the P&L.
- Understand cash flow.
Client Management
- Establish and maintain a Client Contact Log.
- Maintain Client Survey Program.
- Be the primary client contact person.
- Establish Maintenance and Enhancement budgets with clients.
- Participate in local client-driven activities.
Employee Management
- Develop and implement a recruiting strategy.
- Perform supervisory training for key employees.
- Coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office.
- Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters.
Safety Management
- Responsible for compliance with all Safety Programs.
- Act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer.
- Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws, including OSHA.
- Responsible for the Hazcom Program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicle requirements.
