General Manager

Job Responsibilities

Budget Management

• Responsible for all budgets : labor, material, admin.
• Manage account receivables.
• Review monthly reports and understand the P&L.
• Understand cash flow.

Client Management

• Establish and maintain a Client Contact Log.
• Maintain Client Survey Program.
• Be the primary client contact person.
• Establish Maintenance and Enhancement budgets with clients.
• Participate in local client-driven activities.

Employee Management

• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy.
• Perform supervisory training for key employees.
• Coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office.
• Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters.

Safety Management

• Responsible for compliance with all Safety Programs.
• Act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer.
• Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws, including OSHA.
• Responsible for the Hazcom Program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicle requirements.
