Primary Responsibilities

Engent offers a dynamic work environment where Program / Account Managers thrive, contributing to cutting-edge programs and enabling next-generation technologies (Enabling-Next-Gen-Tech).

As a client-facing Program / Account Manager, you will be integral to fulfilling this mission, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed customer expectations, and empowering customers to make impactful contributions to the world.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate, organized, and disciplined, with the highest levels of integrity. They excel in planning and managing all aspects of a project, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.

Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across all teams both internal and external. This individual is proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless project deliveries that delight customers and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include

  • Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations.
  • Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery.
  • Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant customer facing experience in a related industry
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, and delighting customers.
  • ERP system experience (e.g. Manex)

Preferred Requirements

  • Micro-Electronics experience
  • Custom contract manufacturing experience
  • Experience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume production
  • Project management and Gantt chart experience
  • Experience quoting electronics manufacturing
  • Technical Sales experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
