• Manager prefers local candidate so they can go into the office periodically.

• Prefer candidates who previously worked as Corporate Recruiters / Headhunters

• Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use / experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using / analyzing labor market data
• Recruit / source / fill low to highly complex Professional / Management roles, especially technical roles

Description

• Source / recruit and bring to closure professional highly skilled, technical, specialized talent to meet the needs of an ever-changing technology environment.
• Position will recruit domestic and international talent, enterprise wide.
• 6 plus years of senior level technical recruiting experience in Information Technology, Sales, or professional positions for a large corporation.
• Understanding of technical terminology (ie Engineering / wireless / Information Technology) and its use / need within a fortune 500 company.
• Experience in finding highly skilled candidates for specialized talent requirements / areas.
• Proactive in identifying professional / technical / diversity organizations to build strong partnerships to attract Technical candidates.
• Expert in utilizing job boards, social media, advanced Boolean searches, and recruitment methodologies / strategies.
• Identifies labor market trends, technical hot skills and competitive data for strong partnering with enterprise-wide clients on talent requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Pay Range : $40 - $45 / HR W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market;

the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
