What will I be doing?
- Answering customer concerns via phone or email
- Communicating with vendors to resolve tenant facility needs
- Reserving space for tenants at various building events or amenities
- Communicating with other team members through on-site meetings to review weekly events or activities
- Assisting in tenant move-in and move-out
- Setting up office space and relocating furniture
- Notifying tenants of upcoming building maintenance or repair items
- Assisting tenants with billing questions
- Scheduling and preparing conference rooms for meetings and events
- Assisting with various specialty projects for the Office Manager
- Providing high level service to both internal and external clients
- Managing inventory of supplies for various spaces
- Prepare and coordinate tenant tours
- Managing kitchen inventory and cleanliness
- Processing tenant and vendor invoices
Desired Skills :
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong listening and problem resolution skills
Must have :
- 2+ years in hospitality or commercial property management / real estate
- BA or BS
- MS Office - intermediate to advanced skills
- Willingness to learn
