Job Description :
We are looking for someone who oversees hiring, staffing, and all aspects of scheduling for all our accounts.
- Establishes, maintains, and reviews schedules
- Matches available staff to open posts
- Contacts and redeploys staff to fill call-offs
- Handles all schedule changes and client requests for guard changes
- Responds to emails, texts, and cell phone calls from security officers and responds appropriately in a timely fashion
- Identifies staffing needs of various posts and communicates this information to recruiter regularly
- Conducts interviews for hiring attempting to match a variety of personalities and skill levels to various site requirements
- Coordinates with Operations in regards to staffing needs, hiring strategies, and site procedures
Experience :
- Scheduling experence is must
- Minimum of five (5) years verifiable and successful security field coordinator experience. You must be experienced handling scheduling for multiple accounts
- Competent using PC computer and MS Office Suite of software, knowledge of the programs Excel, and Tracktik.
- Associate degree or higher in any discipline preferred
- Must have reliable references
SHIFT AVAILABILITY :
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM
PAY RATE IS $20
