The Director of Men's & Women's Health Responsibilities..
The Director of Men's & Women's Health is responsible and accountable for providing leadership and management for Men's & Women's Health programs, including all outpatient satellites, emphasizing the delivery of quality, cost-effective care.
In collaboration with the staff and physician / medical director, develops, implements and maintains the programs' philosophy, goals and objectives, which are congruent with the mission and objectives of the hospital.
The Program Director is responsible for census development and maintenance through focused marketing activities and for assuring of quality program.
To qualify you must...
- BA / BS from accredited school with licensure.
- Experience in physical rehab field with 3 plus year's experience in Rehab Management.
- Possess moral and ethical standards complimentary to quality health care delivery
- Must be in good mental and physical health.
- Must promote positive image and professional dress.
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to manage the interest of the Men's & Women's Health Program and facilities with the interest of the hospital.
- Participate in health associations and education programs indicative of professional growth.
- Knowledge and demonstrated capacity for leadership skills.
