The Manager of Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our talent management strategies.

With a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives, you will work closely with leadership to ensure that our HR practices align with the company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a Strong Company Culture : Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, particularly for a remote workforce, ensuring that all employees feel connected and valued.
  • Experience working closely with Go-to-Market teams.
  • Address Unique Challenges : Foster a collaborative working environment in the demanding remote-working landscape.
  • Conduct Reviews : Facilitate manager and 360-degree reviews, providing insights and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Administrative Support : Handle other administrative HR tasks as needed to support the overall function of the HR department.
  • Talent Acquisition : Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the DevOps space, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Employee Engagement : Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and reduce turnover.
  • Performance Management : Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and feedback processes.
  • Policy Development : Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives and comply with legal regulations.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • HR Metrics : Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
