We are currently seeking a SAP Data Migration Lead - Hybrid to join our team in Phoenix , Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive data migration for a large scale SAP deployment. Deep understanding of SAP systems, extensive experience in data migration processes, and strong leadership skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Data Migration Efforts : Oversee all aspects of data migration activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Data Strategy Development : Design and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure data readiness for migration.
• Data Quality Assurance : Conduct data assessments and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Testing and Validation : Manage the testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate data post-migration and address any discrepancies.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and migration plans.
• Training and Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, facilitating training sessions on data migration best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, specifically within SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management principles.
• Proven experience leading data migration projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
