Location : Various locations across Texas
Mental Health Counselors provide support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. They utilize therapeutic techniques to help clients manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and interviews to understand clients' mental health issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; licensure required.
- Experience in counseling or mental health settings.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills.
