As the Director of Technology Product and Program Management, you will lead, mentor and coach our product and program management team.

You will be the beacon of technology productizing principles and working with our teams to deliver world class cloud solutions.

This role is primarily focused on internal solutions for our business partners with emphasis vision, roadmap, design, and business process delivery through iterative release.

For you to be successful, we believe experience in the following skills is required :

  • Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching all levels of product managers, UX designers, project managers and scrum masters
  • Experience managing both onshore and offshore acceptance criteria
  • Supported, cultivated and guided career growth progressions
  • Championed and implemented product management best practices
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications with high quality and market adoption
  • Experience in business modeling, planning, and strategy development
  • Experience driving alignment to common team and individual goals
  • Created technical alignment to deliver strategic business initiatives
  • Exceptional business acumen and presence in front of customers and business executives
  • Working Experience (7+ years)
  • Leading and managing internal and external teams
  • Delivering custom solutions with high customer satisfaction and market adoption
  • Building highly trusted and collaborative relationships with Product Engineering

Work Location :

Local to the general Atlanta, GA area preferred. Remote / In Office hybrid environment. We do not accept third-party solicitation for employment.
