Position : Industrial Hygiene Project ManagerLocation : Central New JerseyA progressive and innovative environmental consulting firm with a 30 year history of successful high level client services is seeking an experienced environmental professional to join as an Industrial Hygiene Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have about 3-5 years of experience with site investigations, asbestos management, and indoor air quality (AIQ).
Responsibilities : In this position candidate will manage all matters regarding client engagements including clients" project specific goals and objectives, and remain the primary project liaison throughout the contract engagement, including;
construction administration, project compliance, budget, schedule, program coordination, staff supervision, submittals and payment requests, and project closeouts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the development of assessment reports, remedial design including drawings, technical specifications and related solicitation / bid documents, bulletins and addenda related wide spectrum of environmental matters including;
IAQ, moisture and mold, asbestos, PCBs, lead and other hazardous materials.Qualifications : - Candidate must be proficient in related environmental and industrial hygiene with emphasis on IAQ, Asbestos and Lead investigations.
- Licensure and proficiency in asbestos management services required.- BS degree preferred.- A minimum of five (5) years of experience required.
- Strong computer skills.- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.- Working knowledge of the IE&H discipline.
Specific experience in New Jersey or New York is a big plus.
