Key Responsibilities
- Manage Business Accounting Needs : Oversee a wide range of engagements and work directly with partners and the management team.
- Client Interaction : Maintain direct communication with clients and manage their accounting needs.
- Financial Reporting : Handle full accounting cycle, including A / P, A / R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accounting Principles : Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- QuickBooks Expertise : Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (both online and desktop); QB ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
- Technology Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with software like ADP, Expensify, Jetpack, etc.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain client records in an electronic support system.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical aptitude and conceptual thinking.
- Self-Management : Ability to manage engagement budgets and task organization independently.

- Experience : Over 3+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in a professional setting.
