Dabri is seeking a talented individual with strong credentials and experience in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will prepare single-line diagrams, floor plans, and other drawings to reflect existing and proposed conditions across various disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, structural, and plumbing.
The ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge of GIS, BIM, and other spatial-data systems, as well as building systems such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills in a collaborative setting.
Key Identifiers :
- Strong credentials & experience with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), such as preparing single-line diagrams, floor-plans, and other drawings to reflect existing & proposed conditions (electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, etc.)
- Some experience & knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other spatial-data systems
- Some experience & knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in a collaborative setting
Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and / or related field
- Professional Certifications in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and / or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are highly desirable
- 2-4 yr experience with Autodesk (CAD, Revit, etc.) and / or similar software is highly desirable
Essential Job Duties
- Work alongside a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers, and other professionals in a collaborative environment
- Perform records-research, field investigations, and stakeholder outreach to verify and document existing conditions
- Develop high-quality maps, diagrams, drawings, renderings, and other work-products to support the planning, design, operations, and maintenance of airport facilities
- Develop tools, templates, and standards to innovate and improve our processes
