Job Overview :
Talent Groups is seeking a hands-on Director of IT Infrastructure rapidly growing organization. You'll lead a dynamic team focused on supporting end users, replacing servers, phone systems, and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
As Director of IT Infrastructure, you will be key in shaping our technology landscape, providing hands-on leadership to a team focused on upgrading servers, phone systems, and network infrastructure.
You’ll collaborate with executives to manage technical transitions and internalization efforts, oversee IT security, and drive technology migrations during acquisitions.
Additionally, you'll lead and mentor the IT team, support hiring to fuel growth, and manage our technology environment, including Meraki networks and Office 365 consolidation.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects
- Strong technical background with hands-on leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executives and navigate political challenges
- Experience working with MSP vendors for IT functions
- Familiarity with help desk strategies and user support
- Expertise in IT security measures
- Experience with acquisitions and technology integrations
- Knowledge of Meraki, 3CX phones, and Office 365
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a growing team
- Experience managing a desktop support team
