Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Global Brand Partnerships Development at Stanley represents a remarkable chance to craft the future of our global brand.

This central global brand role will lead the way in identifying and securing top-tier partnerships that will elevate our brand visibility and revenue growth to new levels.

You will play a crucial role in growing our reach in the sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors, guiding our brand towards unparalleled success.

Key Responsibilities

Development Strategy : Build and implement a comprehensive global partnership development strategy aligned with our ambitious objectives.

Identify potential partners, including organizations, sports teams, athletes, and entertainers, that will improve our global presence, build consumer connection, and drive growth.

Negotiation and Agreement : Lead negotiations for partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and clear deliverables.

Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal team.

Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with Global Brand Partnership Experience and Operations teams to ensure the flawless implementation of partnership initiatives.

Coordinate with regional and local teams to tailor partnership strategies to specific markets and regions.

  • Data Analytics and Market Research : Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage the Global Brand Partnerships budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and enhancing return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, strategic marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a global role.
  • Strong network of contacts in the sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Experience in international markets and cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Salary Range : $125,000-$145,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
