PositionOverview :
We are seekingan experienced Project Manager III to manage thefinancial aspects of large and complex commercial HVAC projects inthe New Construction space.
This role will focuson overseeing larger projects with extended timelines while alsoplaying a key role in mentoring and developing assistant projectmanagers and junior project managers on theteam.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managethe financial side of large complex commercial HVAC projects withinthe New Construction sector.
- Oversee project budgetsfinancial forecasts and overall project delivery to ensuresuccess.
- Mentor and developassistant project managers and junior project managers preparingthem for growth within the project managementfield.
Requisitos
Requirements :
- Aminimum of 8 years of project management experience in the commercial MEP (Mechanical Electrical andPlumbing) space specifically focused on groundup new constructionprojects.
- Proven experience managingprojects in sectors such as healthcare data centers andhigher education is essential and must be clearlydemonstrated on the resume and in the writeupnotes.
- Experience in mentoring anddeveloping project management personnel to foster their growth inthefield.

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experiencerequired. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similarfunction is required.
o Bachelor's Degree in ConstructionManagement or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experiencepreferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals,specifications, details and job orders.
o Ability to effectivelyplan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Stronginterpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oralcommunications skills.
o Strong decision-making skills and aresults-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards andhealth & safety regulations.
