GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in our SAUK RAPIDS MN location. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Maintain a good appearance of the shipping and receiving area
- Check in and Post incoming orders
- Be aware of shortages and overages on incoming orders
- Be aware of part number changes and have the new number created or crossed before posting.
- File all packing slips or invoices in the proper locations
- Notify Assistant manager or Manager of any building repair needs / concerns
- Stock incoming parts in containers and body shop storage areas
- Safe operation of forklift to move product on the various parts of the GATR grounds
- Greet and treat delivery service / trucking personnel courteously

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 1-3 years experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving Record Insurable through Company Carrier
- Ability to Read and Interpret Documents
- Ability to Document / Communicate effectively
