If so, our client is growing and needs a Success Coach to join their team in Grapevine, TX. This person will be responsible for empowering members to become self-sustainable.
You will be their coach and role model providing accountability and guidance which will help members reach their personal life goals of permanent and positive change.
If you have social work experience with a minimum of three years related experience or training and a college degree, then our client needs to meet you!
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required but master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years related experience or training in social work
- Knowledge of Ferpa laws and regulations preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Data management software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Team player who can also work independently
- Strong sense of and respect for confidentiality
