- Develop global Product and Portfolio strategy & roadmap for assigned portfolio in alignment with Industrials (AMI) Strategy.
- Steer towards a focused, profitable, and sustainable portfolio.
- Ensure competitive portfolio from technology, application and market segment perspective incl. link to Innovation Strategy / ADP pipeline.
- Initiate & lead implementation of key strategic initiatives e.g., product localization, transfer with regional Product Managers for assigned portfolio.
