SUMMARY : As a member of the Foodservice Customer Engagement team this position is primarily responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic marketing content for Tyson Foodservice with emphasis on communicating externally with street operators (restaurant owners & chefs).

This includes serving as an expert on foodservice street operators, owning the organic social media plan and content calendar for Tyson Foodservice social media platforms, developing, and driving operator-focused content through websites, social media, email marketing, and digital solutions.

This role will focus on driving increased digital engagement with a goal to increase volume and share for Tyson Foodservice through direct to operator marketing of focus brands and categories across Poultry and Prepared Foods.

Essential duties include : develop and assist in deployment of branded and unbranded street operator content, curating and repurposing existing relevant content, partner with foodservice digital team, overseeing photography and video production from ideation to filming, serve as account executive / liaison with channel teams, culinary team and BUs on broad marketing campaigns, own customer-facing side of social media platforms, maintain consistency in messaging across the TFS brand, develop strategic and tactical briefs for the agency to drive content development, and support operator business including developing content for restaurants and collaborating with other channel teams such as non-commercial for relevant content.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related discipline preferred; MBA strongly preferred.

Experience : 5 years' experience in relevant fields. Foodservice and content development experience preferred.

Computer Skills : Standard computer skills.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Special Skills : Project management skills; experience in developing and executing strategic plans; experience in developing video, written and social media content, experience leading and working cross-functionally;
  • experience working with advertising agencies, proven experience working collaboratively to drive business results; strong focus on customer including consumer and customer needs;

Travel : 0-3 trips per year
