The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all tax-related matters within the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice to the senior management.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation and review of the company's tax returns, ensuring accuracy, timely submission and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct detailed tax research and analysis on various complex tax issues and provide clear, concise and practical tax advice.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee tax accounting processes, ensuring the accurate reporting of tax-related financial information.
- Liave with external auditors and tax consultants, providing necessary information and answering queries to facilitate smooth audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is informed of any changes that may impact its operations.
- Provide tax advisory services to the senior management, advising on the tax implications of business decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
Job Details
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a CPA certification would be a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax research, tax preparation, and tax advisory roles, preferably within the finance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax legislation and apply it to real-world business scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in the use of tax preparation and accounting software.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
