Job Title : Accounting Supervisor
Reports to : Controller
Direct Reports : 4 staff - a Senior AP Specialist and 3 AR Specialists
Office Location : San Dimas, CA Hybrid - 2 remote days / week
Salary Range : $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience + discretionary annual bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles) is partnering with a food & beverage manufacturing company in the Inland Empire to hire an Accounting Supervisor to lead AP and AR transactional accounting.
Description : Lead AP and AR teams
Lead AP and AR teams
Account reconciliation of AP and AR monthly by verifying the invoices and ensure correct payments are received
Create trade promotion accrual during month-end for trade promotions created by the sales team
Review cash flow management, AR, and prepare financial analysis
Backup for AP processing, payment disbursement and vendor relationships
Help development policies and procedures and internal controls
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree

5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including 2 years supervising staff
Understanding of AP and AR
Retail or CPG (consumer products manufacturing) industry experience
