The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
Correctly brief and debrief drivers
Check all timesheets and ensure all paperwork is correct and alphabetised
Check drivers wallets and issue any information
Print all despatch notes and replenish despatch paper as required
Answer the telephone and assist with any enquiries
Download drivers cards / tachographs
Ensure all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated
Consistently update all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
Depart loads using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and use Ross system to input all loads that have departed
Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel
