Overview
The Senior Business Relationship Manager EVD (Enterprise Value Delivery) is a senior level role responsible for managing, understanding and navigating the relationships with organizational leaders to drive collaborative efforts and produce and compile cross-functional insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
This role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy and Technology to assemble content and assess opportunities for future growth through program and project prioritization.
The SBRM oversees the business requirements, environmental analysis, and ensures measurable results that pertain to key organizational initiatives.
This role also leads planning sessions to further define how business opportunities and goals are identified, and the projected values realized.

Responsibilities
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their strategic objectives and challenges.
Aligns EVD initiatives and projects with the business strategy, ensuring they contribute to the achievement of key goals and priorities.
Leads and oversees the successful delivery of EVD projects, including project planning, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of EVD initiatives, facilitating communication and driving alignment.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the EVD function, driving the adoption of best practices and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives.
Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION : Required : Master's degree in business administration, market research, math / statistics or related field of study
EXPERIENCE : Required : 11+ years in a healthcare environment and 8+ years in a business relationship role
