What you'll do :
- Conduct inspections, repairs, and fill propane cylinders and tanks for drivers and customers.
- Safely unload and reload cylinders onto delivery trucks, adhering to strict safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and hoists in compliance with safety policies.
- Use tools and equipment such as ladders, hand tools, grounds equipment, and other utilities and supplies as needed to safely complete setup, maintenance and repairs on new / existing sites and equipment.
- Complete paperwork and record maintenance as needed.
- Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and dock area to uphold a professional appearance and safe working environment.
- Assist drivers with routes and customer interactions as needed.
- Other duties as required.
What you bring :
- 0-1 year of general work experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of propane is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
- A safety-focused mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety standards and procedures.
