We’re actively seeking a talented Category Manager to join our team in Newport Beach. This role can be on-site or hybrid.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by executing projects to support divisional and Broker Dealer business initiatives, improving business processes, and onboarding and contracting new firms.

You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of three people in the CMD division.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Responsible for the onboarding of new firms, IMO firms, and providing ongoing home office support to IMO home office contacts.
• Compliance Initiative Subject Matter Expert, Regulatory Initiatives, and coordinating broker dealer responses. Implement division initiatives regarding DOL, including maintaining product and program availability.
• Suitability Program and Certification portfolio owner, working with compliance to maintain and update corresponding documents to continue to sell and service product.
• Oversee and execute new selling agreements for due diligence and the onboarding of new agreements and amendments to expand Sales opportunities.

Coordinate with Finance and Compliance for the review and sign-off of all insurance product agreements.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$98,100.00 - $119,900.00
