Job Description
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for executing the day-to-day paid search marketing and paid social media programs.
This position supports paid media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimization, testing, and analysis. This person is passionate about planning, implementation, and optimization of paid digital advertising marketing campaigns.
This person is passionate about sports, isn’t afraid to ask questions and desires to drive high quality results.
Responsibilities
- Supports all paid marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, social, etc) to drive brand awareness, conversions, and incremental revenue to both online and stores.
- Executes the department’s strategies for digital marketing campaigns; budget pacing, taxonomy and ad copy optimization, and testing strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Maximizes performance in appropriate platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Partners with internal teams to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to execute growth strategies and support for ongoing company efforts and initiatives.
- Supports all performance marketing operational needs (ad hoc reporting, updating dashboards, setting up tracking, campaign optimizations, campaign build outs, etc.)
- Assists the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.
- Support strong growth of stores with innovative digital campaigns.
- Supports agency and vendor relationships, partnering to execute short-term and long-term strategies.

Bachelor’s degree required; 1-5 years professional experience in digital marketing and paid media (buying), with experience in the following : Paid Search (Google / Bing), Paid Social (Facebook / Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter), Display, OTT
Physical Requirements
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift as much as 10 pounds to configure computer equipment.
