Tier 3 Support Engineer
Location : Knoxville, Tennessee
We are working with a growing MSP who need a Tier 3 Support Engineer to be the last point of escalation working with their customers.
They cover Integrated Wireless Networking, Remote Access Network, Web Design, Online Backup & Day to Day Support.
This is a highly technical role and the following is a must :
- Experience being in in Tier 2 or Tier 3 from an MSP
- Experience across Networking, Systems, Infrastructure, Cloud etc
- jack of all trades *
- Excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate with other Engineers & Customers
- Ability to train Tier 1’s on best practices
They are open to remote, however their preference is near Knoxville, Tennessee and they also pay for relocation.
Types of technologies they are looking for : Cisco Networking, VMware, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Firewalls, ConnectWise, IT Glue etc.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 base salary per year based on experience.
