Position Overview
This position is on site in Miami, Florida. You will be part of a project team working together with the Project Executive, Project Manager, Estimator, VP of Construction, and project superintendents.
You will provide overall leadership on a project, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities. We are looking for a candidate who provides overall leadership on a project, coordinates and supervises all construction activities and drives the schedule.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications
- Construction supervisory background with 10 years’ experience on large commercial ground up projects.
- Professionally represent as primary field operations interface with the project team
- Proven track record of consistently producing quality work and meeting deadlines on high end commercial construction projects
- Promote positive subcontractor relationships by treating them fairly and professionally
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Proficient computer skills
- Proven track record of consistently producing quality work and meeting deadlines on high end commercial construction projects
- Well versed with Building Department and Fire Department commercial inspection procedures & requirements on mid- and high-rise buildings
- Trade specific knowledge of the commercial construction process and work sequencing
