This role is crucial for identifying and attracting top talent in machine learning and AI. Our ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to effectively assess candidates for highly specialized roles.

You are a natural self-starter who problem-solves around all obstacles and doesn't stop until the job is done. You take pride in your creative solutions and are disciplined in your approach to consistently bringing in a significant number of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, evaluate, and close candidates for roles focused on machine learning engineering and deep tech product managers
• Work closely with hiring managers to creatively define the correct role requirements and compile candidate specifications
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from top tech companies and academic institutions
• Be a detective as you accurately assess candidates through competency-based interviews and technical assessments
• Be the most dynamic and strongest recruiter your candidate has ever spoken to
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML to inform recruitment strategies
• 100% accountability and ownership over your teams' hiring plan and execution of it

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in sourcing your own pipeline of candidates
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for AI / ML positions
• Proven track record of filling challenging technical positions within a competitive market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and effectively close top-tier engineers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$140,000 - $168,000 a yearAt Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent.

The target salary for this role is $140,000 - $168,000. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
