Actively seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm . The right candidate will have 5+ Years of Paralegal Experience, with a majority of their time working within the Real Estate Practice Group.
HOURS : Monday Friday, 9 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM EST
SCHEDULE LOCATION : HYBRID Manhattan, NY
PAY : $100 - $135K (Commensurate w / Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED; Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Real Estate or Related Field PREFERRED
- 5+ Years of Paralegal Experience
- Majority of Paralegal Experience coming in Real Estate
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- In-depth knowledge of title and survey practices, and transactional processes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support multi-state commercial transactions
- Prepare, review and analyze property title abstracts, deeds, surveys, zoning reports
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as mortgages, releases, deeds and affidavits related to real estate transactions
- Assist with the arrangement and oversight of escrow closings with title companies
- Follow relevant current developments in the title industry and report back to the group.
- Other responsibilities as they may be assigned from time.
