Executive Assistant to the Global CEO
Compensation : $85-$95K
Company Overview : Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a global footprint. The Global CEO is seeking a seasoned and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to support his operational and strategic needs.
This hybrid EA role involves working closely with the CEO, who splits his time 50% in Europe and 50% in the US, ensuring seamless coordination and management of his activities on both sides of the Atlantic.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Travel Arrangements : Efficiently plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including private travel arrangements, for the CEO.
- Calendar Management : Collaborate with the Europe EA to synchronize and manage the CEO's dual calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination.
- Global Meeting Planning : Take the lead in organizing offsite meetings, identifying suitable locations and vendors for global gatherings.
- Time Management : Assist the CEO in maximizing his time effectively, contributing to increased productivity and focus.
- Executive Support : Travel with the CEO, initially involving significant travel between Europe and the US for training and business familiarization.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of executive assistant experience. Previous global experience and exposure to private travel arrangements.
- Professionalism : Exemplify a high level of professionalism.
- Attention to Detail : Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Business Acumen : Possess a strategic mindset, serving as a proactive and strategic business partner to the CEO.
- Emotional Intelligence : Exhibit high emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships within the organization and externally.
- Leadership : Take on a leadership role within the internal team and among fellow EAs, managing up effectively and making informed decisions on behalf of the CEO.
- Flexibility : Adapt to a non-traditional role and company, showing willingness to learn the business and contribute beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
