Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Cleaning Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drain issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.
- Inspect plumbing systems and diagnose problems.
- Utilize specialized equipment, such as drain snakes and hydro-jetters.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and options to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
