Job Details

The Primary Care Medical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the primary care division.

This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing clinical staff, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve healthcare services.

1.Clinical Leadership :

  • Provide primary care services to adult patients on-site, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Oversee clinical supervision and support for primary care and family practice providers.
  • Participate in a rotating 24-hour phone-based call system for urgent patient communications and hospital admissions.

2.Quality Improvement :

  • Actively engage in quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety, service excellence, and program growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to represent our company in relevant forums and coalitions.

3.Teaching and Training :

  • Precept students, residents, and medical staff during elective rotations.
  • Maintain eligibility for medical staff credentialing by obtaining a minimum of 50 CME credits annually.

4.Administrative Duties :

  • Conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as quality assurance and compliance audits.
