Job Title : Pipe Welder

Job Summary

Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a new challenge in a custom fabrication shop? We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder / Sanitary Tube Welder to join our team.

This role involves TIG welding on sanitary pipe and tubing, primarily using stainless steel, to create a variety of projects including tanks, frames for robots, handrails, platforms, and more.

Our end customers are primarily in the Food & Beverage Industry, ensuring that your work will have a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding and Fabrication : Perform TIG welding on sanitary pipe and tubing using stainless steel.
• Project Variety : Work on diverse projects including tanks, frames for robots, handrails, and platforms.
• Tool Operation : Utilize welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools to complete projects with precision.
• Forklift Operation : Operate forklifts as required for project needs.
• Manual Machines : Use manual machines for various fabrication tasks.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TIG welding on stainless steel.
• Proficiency in sanitary welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Knowledge of manual machining processes.

Shifts and Compensation

• Two shift options : Monday-Thursday 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm or Tuesday-Friday 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm.
• Competitive pay range : $27-$35 per hour, based on experience.
