ColdSnap is a new, platform technology, that freezes single servings of ice creams, coffee lattes, smoothies, protein shakes, and cocktails on demand using shelf stable-pods filled with premium liquid ingredients.

Our frozen products taste exceptionally creamy, dense, fresh, and delicious! Pods do not need to be refrigerated and no cleaning of the machine is required.

Our mission is to transform the way that ice cream and other frozen confections are produced, transported, purchased, and enjoyed.

Founded in 2018, ColdSnap launched this spring into commercial markets. Job Summary : As the Marketing Coordinator, Social Media & Events, you will play a key role in promoting ColdSnap's brand, products, and events.

You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

This is a dynamic role for someone with a strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for event planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Management :
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow ColdSnap’s online presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and customer interactions; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics to inform strategy.
  • Content Creation :
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and the website.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials for events, including digital assets, flyers, and presentations.
  • Work with graphic designers and photographers / videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Events Coordination :
  • Plan and execute ColdSnap’s participation in industry events, trade shows, and community activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor relationships, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Support the development and execution of event marketing plans, ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy
  • Brand Ambassadorship :
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing ColdSnap with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with influencers, customers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Travel and Onsite Support :
  • Occasionally travel to offsite customer locations to gather information, support customers with setup, address marketing needs, and answer their questions.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to ensure the successful implementation of ColdSnap's products and marketing strategies at customer locations.
  • Marketing Support :
  • Assist with additional marketing initiatives as needed, including email campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and / or events.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Hubspot) and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Experience in photography and / or videography, with the ability to capture and edit high-quality content.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
