Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for an Operations Support Technician to work full time, temporarily in Columbia, MO.

Operations Support Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Moves or transfers materials from one department to another. Maintains proper paperwork.
• Disposes of materials at study finalization.
• Ensures all current SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Processes (CGMP), and / or relevant regulations (USDA, DOT, EPA, MDNR, OSHA, FDA, etc.

• Maintains accurate and legible required documentation.
• Performs routine tasks for calibration of balances.
• Depending on area of assignment, handles regulated materials (quarantined matrices, DEA-controlled, and radiolabeled materials, etc.

Entry level - $15 / hour

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College lab classes or familiarity with lab environment preferred.
• Depending on area of assignment, previous farm / gardening background / experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is temporary with full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m., with overtime as needed. This assignment will be approximately 3 - 6 months.
