As part of our Technical Team, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating large strategic programs from initiation through to implementation with a focus on operations.

Leads cross-functional project and program teams and works with internal customers to establish and interpret project / program objectives into solutions.

Responsible for handling project / program costs, resources, risk and issues to ensure that objectives are realized. Provide regular program status updates.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach are fully understood by all partnersEnsures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectivesIdentifies and tracks key achievements and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plansEnsures accurate reflection of project / program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related toolsMonitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks / issuesNegotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the planAnticipates program / project risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising deliveryEnsures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and costAdds to continual process improvement or re-engineering activitiesCommunicates with key partners with regard to program strategy direction and changesIdentifying and managing risk within our department and organizationDrives security posture and compliance initiatives for department

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field required; advanced degree preferredFinancial acumen for representing project / program financials using internal tools as necessary Extensive business / industry work experience, with shown experience in a leadership role and project management roleAbility to lead cross-functional, large / complex program or multiple programsAbility to adapt to situations in order to quickly resolve issues and / or gain alignmentAbility to communicate with all leadership levelsAbility to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomesAbility to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and build plans to mitigate themExperience in demand management and infrastructure procurement processesInfrastructure knowledgePrevious experience in working with vendor partnersStrong analytics and Excel skillsSignificant experience in asset management and ITSM processesCertification requirement : Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.

g. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association) beneficial

Salary Range : $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
