Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and testing of avionics systems.
- Execute rapid iterations to launch hardware into orbit on accelerated timelines.
- Mentor and guide the Avionics engineering team, fostering technical ownership and excellence.
- Design systems aligned with mission objectives and deliver new capabilities for in-space operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into vehicle and architecture design.
- Develop and implement test plans aligned with mission risk posture and lead test campaigns.
- Conduct technical reviews, including design, test readiness, and flight readiness reviews.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Strong track record of delivering innovative and reliable technical solutions.
- Experience managing analysis feedback and integrating it into designs.
