Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Global Benefits Manager for our client with a national presence and international footprint.

This fast growing technology organization seeks someone who has 5+ years of Global Benefits experience to work along side of other HR peers and will report to the head of Human Resources.

This role will involve the management and analysis of various benefits schemes on a global scale, with a particular focus on compliance, benefits design, and benefits analysis.

This is a role that requires a deep understanding of international health and retirement benefits. This engagement will also require someone who has negotiated benefits and has handled international benchmarking.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the design and analysis of benefits schemes, ensuring their competitiveness and compliance with international standards
  • Managing various benefits including dental, medical, retirement, and welfare benefits
  • Providing expertise in international compensation and benefits, making recommendations for improvements where necessary
  • Regularly reviewing and updating benefits schemes, taking into account changing regulations and industry trends
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to benefits management
  • Ensuring all benefits related inquiries from employees are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitoring the performance of benefits schemes, producing regular reports and updates for senior management
  • Keeping up to date with developments in global HR, applying new strategies and techniques where appropriate
  • Ensuring all benefits schemes adhere to compliance regulations, undertaking regular audits to ensure this
  • Collaborating with teams in different regions including the UK, India, Mexico, and the Philippines to ensure a consistent approach to benefits management.
