Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions that utilize our current ML platforms to address specific business challenges.
- Enhance and expand our ML platforms to ensure they are scalable and robust.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and develop GenAI solutions that deliver significant value and innovation.
- Mentor and lead a team of ML / AI engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices and sophisticated techniques.
- Manage the onboarding of teams to facilitate smooth integration and effective use of our ML platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in MLOps, GenAI, and cloud technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Lead strategic initiatives in ML / AI to align with and support our business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Significant experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated experience with ML platforms on cloud infrastructures, particularly Azure.
- Proven track record in developing GenAI solutions and client applications.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Expertise in ML / AI frameworks and libraries.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Good to Have
- Certifications in Azure or other cloud technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps practices, and tools for ML / AI model deployment.
